Chocolate Chia Pudding


Chia Pudding is the new “IT food” and it could not be easier to get your hands on. Chia seeds alone are full of omega-3 fatty acids, which higher HDL or good Cholesterol, they are also rich in iron, fiber and calcium, making these lil seeds beyond beneficial to our body’s health.

This chia pudding recipe ensures all off the benefits and none of the bland. Chia seeds are highly absorbent of flavor, making this seeding pud, a chocolatey delight.

What you need :

1 cup unflavored soy or almond milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 tbsp. cacao or cocoa powder

1 tbsp. maple syrup or agave

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. powdered ginger

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

What you need to do :

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl or one-pint mason jar. Mix well to blend everything completely.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
