Dairy Free Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl


Smoothies are great, you can pack all kinds of fruit and veg in there and it can still taste delicious, but what if you don’t enjoy drinking your meals and prefer a nice bowl of goodness to dig into in the morning. well here’s your answer, a smoothie bowl. I’ve chosen one that incorporates a lot of mixed berries as they are ideal for satisfying them sweet cravings as well as being a high source of fiber which aids your digestion throughout the day

2 cups mixed berries (I used 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 cup blackberries)
1/2 cup soy yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk (or soy milk)
1/4 cup peanut butter

Top with a variety of fruits, nuts and seeds. Try:
Sliced strawberries
Sliced bananas
Slivered almonds
Sunflower seeds
Shredded coconut
Chia seeds

1. Blend mixed berries, yogurt, almond milk, and peanut butter until smooth.
2. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
