Thai Inspired Vegan Satay Sauce


A good chicken satay is one of my absolute favorite dishes to dig into on a Friday night, and since traveling to the land of Thai myself this year I’ve been spicing it up with adding pineapple, prawns and beef. However, I have found the most perfect Satay sauce recipe that is also totally vegan and takes only minutes to make.

What you will need:

  • 1/4 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp.  Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

What you will need to do:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth

Add a tablespoon of boiling hot water to thin out the sauce if too thick


Add to spiralised veg instead of noodles for an extra healthy and delicious meal
